The company obtains administrative and construction authorization for “Los Arenales”, which will allow it to begin construction in the coming weeks.
 
 
Audax Renovables (ADX.MC), the energy group that integrates the production and commercialization activities of electricity and renewable 100% gas, continues to promote its production activity through the different production projects that make up its portfolio.
Continuing with the commitment to keep the market permanently informed about the evolution of the status of the projects incorporated in an exercise of permanent transparency, and in relation to the Los Arenales project of which the Group announced its acquisition on January 14th, located in the city of Polán ( province of Toledo) with a capacity of 5 MWp, the Company is pleased to announce that it has obtained prior administrative and construction authorization from the competent authorities.
 
Once the construction license has been obtained, the Company will immediately initiate the procedures to begin construction, ensuring its monitoring with first-level contractors who meet high quality standards, having an advanced process of negotiating supply and construction contracts under the modality EPC (turnkey) with the company Sequoia Renewables.
In the coming weeks, the Group will continue to regularly inform the market about the progress of the projects in its portfolio, in order to keep the market and its investors permanently informed.
 
These projects are part of the Audax Renovables Group's strategy to increase its 100% renewable generation portfolio, and is therefore focused on closing other purchase agreements with the aim of supplying its customers with renewable energy produced in its own facilities.
