In addition to trading, the Audax Group has its own wind and photovoltaic farms in Spain, Portugal, France and Poland.

Among these advantages is the optimization of all our processes to guarantee the best rates and thus contribute to savings on electricity bills. We also drive innovation, contributing with new products and services aimed at meeting the needs of our customers. Our electric company is a pioneer in the energy sector. It is constantly evolving, with the aim of achieving and offering excellence in all products, services and processes. For many years, the energy sector was led by large companies with a standard customer service. This is where Audax Renewables wants to establish itself.

Our corporate philosophy is based on offering transparent, upfront and unsurprising advice. We study the situation of each user, facilitating the most appropriate solution for their consumption needs, thus achieving the greatest possible savings.

For this reason, we have rates adapted to each type of client: individuals, small and medium-sized companies, as well as large corporations. This means that, depending on the consumption of each Audax Renewables customer, they are offered the most optimized option so that they pay for the cheapest energy that best suits their needs.

If you want to know how you can save energy on a daily basis and minimize the impact on the environment, at Audax Renewables you will find the ideal partner. We produce 100% energy from renewable sources and sell electricity, natural gas and energy efficiency.

Discover our tariffs and find your ideal energy solution:

Fixed electricity tariff: this tariff allows you to pay a fixed price for the electricity you consume throughout the duration of the contract. This is a tariff without surprises, with an energy price fixed in advance, so increases in the market will not affect the price of the energy you consume.
Indexed tariff: with Audax Renewables, small and medium-sized companies can now enjoy the advantages of paying for electricity at wholesale cost. With our indexed tariff, you pay every hour at the real price at which the energy is being sold on the electricity market plus a small management commission. This is a tariff whose energy price varies monthly, but which is cheaper annually, as there is no risk premium associated with fixed tariffs.
At Audax Renewables, we guarantee maximum transparency to our customers, both in the processing of the service and in subsequent invoicing, without surprises or variations in rates during the term of the contract.

Any change of company may seem complicated, but it is not. We explain how. At Audax Renewables we make everything easy to save you time and headaches.

We take care of all the bureaucracy and management, so you can exchange supplies without hassle and with all the guarantees. You won't have to change meters or carry out works, nor will you suffer cuts or inconvenience. We care about our customers. That is why one of the most important objectives for our organization is to offer the highest quality Customer Support service, and this is how we want to differentiate ourselves from other competing companies. It is one of our most striking added values.

At Audax Renewables, it is vitally important to maintain close, transparent and agile treatment with our customers. And we are efficient in resolving any incident or doubt, as well as in the actions that concern our users, as in this case of changing companies.

If you decide to change your electricity supplier, all you have to do is contact us and give us the following information, but if you don't have it, don't worry, contact us and we will help:

  • Complete data of the holder.
  • Delivery address.
  • Electric power.
  • CPE / CUI: this data can be obtained from any previous invoice.

Normally, a change of supplier involves a management time of between 3 and 6 working days. During this time, you may receive a bill from the previous electricity company due to the billing period, but in the following period the new conditions will apply.

Changing the supplier is a free formality that we offer, so you will not pay anything to the new supplier, nor to the previous one.

When choosing a tariff, it is very important to take into account consumption, time availability and the times when the highest consumption is made. We provide you with all the necessary information on our website, on our blog and through our experts so that you can find the best energy solution for your home or business.

Some of the aspects to take into account when selecting the new tariff are:

  • Number of occupants in the home or business.
  • Time that members spend in the property or place.
  • Number of appliances and whether they have gas or electric heating.
  • Type of insulation that the property has.
  • Volume of electrical consumption (number of kilowatt-hours).
  • This is a free process and during which no cuts are made to the electrical supply. Furthermore, the deadline is related to the billing times of each electric company. After receiving the change request from the customer, the last invoice from the previous supplier is issued. From that moment on, the new company will be in charge of billing for electricity. This exchange can take approximately 3 to 6 business days.

The answer is no. You will not have any type of cut in the electrical supply while you are switching companies, nor once you have completed it.

Changing the supplier does not mean changing the distributor, as it is likely to remain the same due to the geographical area.

In any case, we recommend that you have the entire process documented to have proof that the cancellation was carried out correctly and that the hiring of the new supplier was successful.

Electricity cuts are usually due to faults and the distributor will be responsible for solving them. If you don't have electricity, check that all your bills are up to date or that you haven't voluntarily canceled the supply.

If what you want is to change company, don't be afraid. There will be no electricity cuts, the supply will not be interrupted during the process.

Therefore, we take the opportunity to remind you that changing company is not as complicated as it seems. Here we make your life much easier so that you are free from setbacks. We take care of all the bureaucracy and management so that you can exchange supplies without hassle and with all the guarantees.

At Grupo Audax we offer a clear, agile and transparent Customer Support service, because we care about our customers.

Do you have questions about your invoice?

We explain all the concepts here.

The Commercial Relations Regulation (RRC) provides that energy trading companies may establish, in addition to the application of default interest, other applicable contractual mechanisms that safeguard the eventuality of late payment of invoices by customers. In fact, in addition to the financial costs offset by default interest, the existence of other operational costs related to administrative processing (debt management) triggered by the delay in fulfilling the payment obligation is admitted, as long as they are proportional and corresponding to the costs incurred by the supplier and caused by the customer due to its delay.

Therefore, AUDAX applies an operational administrative cost of €7, taking into account the estimated average cost involved in communications involved in the collection process (namely telephone calls, mailing of mandatory collection communications, among other acts inherent to debt collection management). .

We will resolve your queries and incidents quickly and transparently.

The calculation of the deposit value corresponds to the average billing value, per customer, recorded in the last 12 months, in a consumption period equal to the billing period, plus the invoice payment period.
For more information, you can consult the provisions of paragraph 1 of article 25 of the Commercial Relations Regulations here

A consumer of electricity in BTN (contracted powers less than or equal to 41.4 kVA) can choose between 3 counting cycles:

• Tri-time – 3 periods during the day (peak, flood and empty)
• Bi-time – 2 periods during the day (off-empty and empty)
• Simple – 1 single period during the day

Each period mentioned above presents different energy prices for each hourly period. In the three-hour option, the highest price occurs during the peak period and the lowest during the off-peak period. In the bi-hourly option, the highest price occurs during the off-empty period and the lowest during the empty period. In the simple option there is no differentiation in energy prices during the day. The hourly period corresponds to the way in which electricity consumption is distributed over the 24 hours of each day and the 7 days of the week. For consumers connected to Low Normal Voltage (BTN), there are two distinct periods:

• Daily Cycle: The hourly periods are the same every day of the year.
• Weekly Cycle: Time periods differ between weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays, as well as between Summer and Winter.
The non-empty time period applicable to tariffs with two time periods includes peak and flood times. A consumer who transfers consumption from the peak period to the off-peak period (e.g. using the dishwasher from 00:00) sees a reduction in his monthly bill compared to a consumer who is on a simple tariff option.
